Before my final switch to bigger projects on the production team, I was on full time as a designer for the studio & experience team. Even after later transitioning to the production team, I maintained many of these responsibilities as I had always proven that I could work collaborative across numerous teams.
Many of the projects were in an effort to reach our employees about department wide communications. This messaging reached our global offices in the form of e-mails, presentations, signage, social posts, you name it.
I continued to expand my work’s reach by creating social posts for some of our brand’s accounts in my most recent role. Below you can find summaries of some of the projects I assisted or oversaw.
One of my first projects was assisting in the design of our internal department newsletter, “Run of Show”, which was created using my designs and Mailchimp. The emails themselves are confidential, but I have some assets that were used in them below. Many of the other assets on this page were repurposed for the newsletter in some way.
Another project I can’t showcase, but was a huge part of my role was our department’s quarterly global meeting, “On Air“. I was in charge of the deck. I designed my own assets for the presentation, but I used Google Slides to create the decks. I worked with top executives in the company as well as our in-office production crew to create engaging presentations that made it simple for presenters to succeed.
Here is some work that I can actually show, and did quite a bit of. Social, that is. My work reached multiple platforms, but my main focus was Instagram for both the main @onepeloton account, as well as the more recently created @pelotonstudios account. Take a look below.
I worked on other presentations like “Spotlight Sessions” which highlighted one or two employees from a specific team, so they could explain their part of the business to the rest of the department. It was cool to work with so many different people.
Last but not least, I have a few randoms projects to show off the cross-functional work I continued to do my entire time at Peloton. Below you’ll find some logo design, a game board for an in-studio event, and a banner for the music development team’s monthly newsletter.
