Currently working on certificate programs through Coursera & Google for UX Design & Project Management.
The Google UX Design Professional Certificate builds on my experience with more Figma training.
Google’s Project Management Professional Certificate is my intended path towards a PMP.
I’m also brushing up and learning new skills in coding with online resources like freecodecamp.org. My focus is on front-end languages to aid in my design work.
I am currently adding Framer into my workflows. It is an intuitive “no code” website building tool that’s usability and functions resemble that of Figma. You can even drop Figma projects into Framer and continue working from there.
My portfolio site you are currently viewing is powered by Squarespace, but I intend to build a fully functioning interactive portfolio site to house my work after completing a certificate or two. My dive back into front-end code will undoubtedly aid me in refining the code that Framer provides.
With Framer I have so much power at my finger tips; I get to design a website as I would a design in Figma or Adobe, and Framer translates my designs into code that I can edit. Framer also provides extremely useful plugins that can decimate the time spent coding site elements like animations. The type of elements that help bring your ideas to fruition; the creativity you’d find on an interactive site. Stay tuned, and soon this domain will be completely built and managed from the ground up by me!
