In 2022, our team at Peloton Studios was looking to make our annual homecoming celebration bigger and better in every way. After hinting at homecoming to our dedicated fans via social media, we announced a new venture. Peloton On Tour 2023.
A global tour visiting 5 major cities where fans have a chance to not only meet their favorite instructors, but also participate in instructor led classes and activities. Below are some examples of the hundreds of contributions I made to the project as lead designer. Be sure to check out the success of Peloton On Tour 2023 with the links found at the bottom.
After hinting at Homecoming on instagram, we teased the event’s replacement under its working name, Leaderboard Tour.
The first objective was to design a logo for the event. We needed to be flexible as the company was in the midst of a rebranding. Using what I could of the brand redesign, I used those elements to create this logo.
After finalizing the locations and dates, we announced the tour.
I worked on UI elements like this badge that were used on our platform for members to show off their participation in the event.
I created a t-shirt design in collaboration with the apparel team, and helped them promote the event’s merchandise with social posts.
I also made posts for the studio team to promote the cast for each city.
A goal of mine in this project was to use imagery that natives of each city could recognize including monuments, landscapes, and symbols.
Being an Atlanta native myself, I had a good amount of fun working on my city’s assets for the event.
I even created assets for activities in each city for the events team.
Finally at the Atlanta tour stop, I got to see some of designs in person.
